The Zannah Reporters (ZR) is a dynamic and youth-driven news and publicity organization dedicated to documenting, promoting, and broadcasting the impactful works, projects, programs, events, and activities of Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu (Zannah Bungudu).

The Movement is driven by thousands of passionate youths from various sectors who believe in the transformative leadership and people-centered governance of Hon. Zannah. We serve as a bridge between his achievements and the public, ensuring that every project, community engagement, and developmental initiative receives the visibility and recognition it deserves.

Through our media platforms, we aim to inspire civic engagement, promote transparency, and strengthen community awareness about the positive changes taking place under his representation.

The Movement is backed by thousands of youths from across Zamfara State, united by a common goal to amplify the voice and vision of a leader who truly represents the hopes and aspirations of his people.

Our Vision

To become a leading youth-driven media platform that promotes good governance, transparency, and positive leadership by showcasing the impactful works, values, and developmental achievements of Hon. Zannah Bungudu across Zamfara State and beyond.

To Inspire, and empower communities through credible news reporting, media advocacy, and strategic publicity focused on the programs, projects, and initiatives of Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu (Zannah Bungudu).

SERVICES

Media Coverage and Publicity

We provide full media coverage for all programs, projects, events, and official visits undertaken by Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannah Bungudu. Through photography, videography, live reporting, and digital publications, we ensure that every developmental activity reaches a wider audience both within and outside Zamfara State.

Public Awareness and Community Engagement

Zannah Reporters (ZR) actively promotes public awareness about the achievements and initiatives of Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu through campaigns, press releases, and social media outreach. We engage directly with communities to highlight real impacts and encourage public participation in governance and development activities.

Youth Mobilization and Media Advocacy

Driven by thousands of passionate youths, the Movement organizes sensitization programs, workshops, and online campaigns aimed at empowering young people with leadership, communication, and advocacy skills. We serve as a platform for youth voices and a channel for promoting peace, unity, and social development under the visionary leadership of Hon. Zannah Bungudu.

Documentation and Archiving of Developmental Projects

We maintain a detailed and organized archive of Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannah Bungudu’s projects, programs, and community efforts. This documentation serves as a credible reference for transparency, accountability, and historical record-keeping, ensuring that every developmental milestone is preserved for future
generations.

Strategic Communication and Public Relations

Zannah Reporters serves as an official communication bridge between Hon. Zannah Bungudu and the public. Through effective public relations strategies, we manage official media statements, coordinate interviews, and craft narratives that promote unity, trust, and understanding between leadership and constituents.

Hon. (Dr.) Abdulmalik Zubairu

GRAND PATRON

Hon. (Dr.) Abdulmalik Zubairu, also known as Zannah Bungudu, is the current Member representing Maru/Bungudu federal constituency at the 10th National Assembly in Abuja. Born on September 27, 1978, in Bungudu, Zamfara State, he has a rich educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bayero University Kano and a Master's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto.
He began his career in civil service in 1998 with the Zamfara State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, eventually rising to the rank of Senior Higher Executive Officer Administration. His political career started in school, where he held various leadership positions. He joined partisan politics in 2013 with the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), which later merged into the All Progressives Congress (APC). He was elected to the 8th National Assembly in 2015 and re-elected for another term, although the elections were later nullified by the apex court.
Dr. Zubairu is known for his significant contributions to human and social development in Zamfara State and Northern Nigeria, including efforts against banditry, sponsoring medical treatments, supporting religious activities, and providing scholarships. He has received numerous awards and traditional titles for his service. He is also the chairman/CEO of ASAD Universal Concept Ltd and other businesses. Dr. Zubairu is happily married and blessed with children.

STATE CHAIRMAN - ZANNAH REPORTERS

Umar M. Bawa was born on January 1, 1998, in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State, Nigeria. He began his political journey in 2012 under the mentorship of the late Engr. Aliyu Idris Lalo (Durbin Gusau).
Before the death of his mentor, Umar continued the political movement and became the Chairman of the Lalo Social Media Organization (LASMO) in 2017.
His dedication and leadership later led him to play an active role in the political movement of Hon. Kabiru Amadu (Mai Palace), known for its slogan “Allah Shi Zai Bamu.” During this campaign, he served as the State Vice Chairman.
In 2019, Umar was appointed as the Secretary of the Mai Palace Public Awareness Committee (MPAC), where he contributed to grassroots mobilization and political awareness.
By 2022, he joined the political campaign of Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle, serving as the Secretary of Matawalle New Media Promoters, a group focused on digital political engagement and media strategy.
That same year, he also became the Secretary of the 7-7 For Matawalle 2 Times Organization, demonstrating his commitment to strengthening the governor’s re-election efforts.
In 2022, Umar took another leadership step by leading a new initiative under the Hon. Yazeed Shehu Danfulani (Commissioner of Commerce), where he served as the Director General of the Yazeed Enlightenment Forum.
From 2023 to the present, he has been at the forefront of establishing and leading the Yazeed Trustee Organization, a political and social group focused on community development, youth empowerment, and public enlightenment.
Umar M. Bawa is a young, dynamic, and visionary political leader from Zamfara State with extensive experience in media coordination, political mobilization, and youth engagement. Through his various leadership roles, he continues to inspire and empower young people to participate actively in politics and governance.

CACPE State Team teamed up with Ramat Polytechnic Student Union and Zulum Go Green organization to tackle climate change and promote environmental sustainability in Maiduguri, Borno State. We embarked on an ambitious tree planting and reforestation project, spreading awareness and inspiring action among our youth. Our impact? Over 500 trees planted, reducing carbon footprint and cleansing the air we breathe! We also empowered over 300 students and community members with knowledge on environmental conservation. Together, we're cultivating a brighter future for Nigeria - one tree, one community at a time.

Empowering Our Future Leaders with Clean Energy. At CACPE, we inspire a sustainable future for Nigeria's next generation. Our State Team partnered with Government Girls Secondary Schools Bauchi. Our State Team engaged with the Ministry of Environment, Abia State, to advance sustainable practices. Empowering Students, Restoring the Environment, CACPE partners with UNIZIK Demonstration Secondary School Awka to enhance environmental sustainability, mitigate climate change. We improved school landscape and biodiversity, enhanced environmental awareness and contributed to climate change mitigation, empowering Anambra's youth to drive positive change.

Climate Education Empowerment

Empowering Katsina Communities through Climate Education, CACPE conducted an environmental literacy workshop at Government College Katsina to enhance climate resilience through education and build capacity for sustainable practices. 200+ community members, 50+ educators, 20+ local leaders, and school staff participated. We discussed on climate change impacts and mitigation, sustainable agriculture, waste management & recycling and environmental advocacy. We enhanced environmental awareness among 300+ participants, community-led initiatives established and partnerships with local stakeholders strengthened.

Our Abia State Team established climate clubs at Santa Cruz Secondary School, inspiring students to become eco-leaders. Scaling Climate Action through Strategic Partnerships. At CACPE, we're amplifying climate impact through collaborative efforts. Our Bauchi State Team forged a strategic partnership with American Space, convening key stakeholders to drive climate action. The partnership was aimed to enhance collective impact on climate mitigation and adaptation to foster synergy among stakeholders for local, national, regional, and global climate action. We engaged 50+ stakeholders in environment (ShE) sector, we facilitated workshops on climate best practices and principles, established a climate action network for knowledge sharing and developed joint initiatives for sustainable development resulted to strengthened partnerships with ShE stakeholders, enhanced capacity for climate action among stakeholders and amplified climate advocacy and awareness in Bauchi State.
